The Brief: Built Around Real Family Adventure
Every MOS Adventure build starts with a clear vision.
For TOAD, the client’s brief focused on three key priorities:
- The ability to sleep and travel six comfortably
- A fully integrated dishwasher for practical family living
- A durable, natural cork floor for warmth, comfort, and sustainability
These core elements formed the foundation of the build and from there, the rest of the design evolved. Every detail, from the layout to the materials and systems, was shaped around these priorities, resulting in a highly functional and beautifully considered family adventure van conversion.

Maximum Comfort Convertible Bed System
At the heart of TOAD is a custom maximum comfort bed system designed for versatility and relaxation.
- Premium Froli bed base system for support and comfort
- Converts from a full sleeping area into a sofa
- Seating can face into the van for social living or turn outward to enjoy views from the rear doors
